About This Site

(Formerly What’s Wrong With Equal Rights? blog.)

My name is B.A. Hunter. I am an author and a writer. I have been writing at this site since I created it in 2012, though there have been many substantial changes since that time. The aim of this website is to be both anti-feminist and anti-MRA. By “anti-feminist,” I mean true old-fashioned anti-feminism, which comes along with gender roles and differentiation of the sexes, as traditionally re-enforced by both law and social custom. I do not kotow to victimology, nor do I fall into line with, nor sympathize with, mainstream sentiments of either male or female victimhood. Rather, my writings are born from an innate passion for critical and reasoned free thinking, and a resort to the texts of history and law to find and discern the truth, in order to hopefully created a better dialogue, as well as, hopefully, a better and alternate way forward.

I am against all waves of feminism, which even includes the suffrage movement and early “first-wave” feminism, as I believe it is for men to be the leaders, and that it is for men to provide for, protect, and be the guardians of both women and children. It is my opinion and belief that women have gained nothing of substantial value from either voting, participating directly in politics, nor claiming any kind of “equality” with men. The reality of history shows that most women did not want feminism, yet nonetheless the latter is what women were given- and even long before we had any realistic or direct say in the matter.

This site is not Republican nor is it Democrat. It is neither Right nor Left leaning. It is neither Christian nor Atheist. My writings and viewpoints are both religion-neutral as well as politically independent. This is not a political site and I do not write about “politics.” As for who I am, I have received both formal and informal education in the disciplines of psychology, religious studies, and law- though law is my first and primary love. On this site you can find links to my books that I have authored, my social media sites (for anyone who is interested), and a whole host of scholarly as well as non-scholarly types of writings, as well as links to other valuable articles and websites/blogs.

I am a married mother and a housewife. I am not a career woman and neither am I an “independent” woman. I am a traditional woman- in every sense of that word- who believes in patriarchy and I have been dependent upon a man- my husband, my provider, my protector, and my love- since I married him in my late teenage years.

This is a patriarchal site, primarily dedicated to the issues of women. I am a woman, and I write from a woman’s perspective, though I have since the beginning always attracted both men and women equally to my site. As a woman, I speak and write about what I feel and believe from my heart. If anyone wants to hate or dislike me, that is fine. Chances are you wouldn’t like me even if I remained silent. Nonetheless, I hope that, when all is said and done, that my writings can at least make a difference for the future, and for the future generations.

Many thanks to the visitors, readers, and followers of this site!
